2 This home is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nonetheless, it's in severe need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Former reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. Therefore the house got loads of sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Undoubtedly needs some paint, fixing up in a handful of places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no issues about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole ton.
